This website asks you for three things, and only when you choose to send an enquiry: your child's name, your phone number, and anything you want to tell us. We use them to reply to you about admission. 01 Who we are আমরা কারা

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for anything you send us through this website. 02 What we collect আমরা কী সংগ্রহ করি
Only what you type into the enquiry form: শুধু যা আপনি ফর্মে লেখেন:
- Your child's name, as you call them at home আপনার সন্তানের নাম, বাড়িতে যে নামে ডাকেন
- Your phone number আপনার ফোন নম্বর
- Anything you write in the optional message box ঐচ্ছিক বার্তার ঘরে আপনি যা লেখেন
- A record that you ticked the consent box, and which page you sent it from আপনি সম্মতির ঘরে টিক দিয়েছেন তার নথি, আর কোন পাতা থেকে পাঠিয়েছেন
We do not ask for your address, your child's date of birth, school records, or photographs anywhere on this website. এই ওয়েবসাইটের কোথাও আমরা আপনার ঠিকানা, সন্তানের জন্মতারিখ, স্কুলের নথি বা ছবি চাই না।
The class finder is private to your browser. The date of birth you type into “Which class does my child join?” is used to work out the answer on your own device. It is never sent to us and never leaves your phone or computer. ক্লাস দেখার সুবিধাটি সম্পূর্ণ আপনার ব্রাউজারেই থাকে। “আমার সন্তান কোন ক্লাসে ভর্তি হবে?” অংশে আপনি যে জন্মতারিখ দেন, তা আপনার নিজের যন্ত্রেই হিসেব হয়। সেটি কখনও আমাদের কাছে পাঠানো হয় না, আপনার ফোন বা কম্পিউটার ছেড়ে কোথাও যায় না।
03 Why we collect it কেন সংগ্রহ করি
To reply to your enquiry about admission, and to talk to you about it afterwards if you want us to. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent them to anybody. ভর্তি সংক্রান্ত আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে, এবং তারপর আপনি চাইলে সেই বিষয়ে কথা বলতে। বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য আমরা আপনার তথ্য ব্যবহার করি না, কোনও মেলিং লিস্টে যোগ করি না, এবং কারও কাছে বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না।
04 Where it goes তথ্য কোথায় যায়
Your enquiry is written into a private spreadsheet that only the school can open, held on Google's service. If you choose the WhatsApp button instead, your message travels through WhatsApp. Both companies handle the data on our behalf; neither is allowed to use it for anything of their own. আপনার তথ্য একটি ব্যক্তিগত স্প্রেডশিটে লেখা হয়, যেটি কেবল স্কুলই খুলতে পারে, এবং সেটি Google-এর পরিষেবায় রাখা। আপনি যদি হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বোতামটি বেছে নেন, তবে আপনার বার্তা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপের মধ্য দিয়ে যায়। দুটি সংস্থাই আমাদের হয়ে তথ্য রাখে; নিজেদের কোনও কাজে তা ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি তাদের নেই।
Two other things load from Google when you open this site: the typefaces, and the map on the Visit Us section. Because of that, Google receives your device's IP address when a page loads. We cannot see that information ourselves. এই সাইট খুললে Google থেকে আরও দুটি জিনিস আসে: হরফ, আর “স্কুল দেখুন” অংশের মানচিত্র। সেই কারণে পাতা খোলার সময় আপনার যন্ত্রের IP ঠিকানা Google-এর কাছে পৌঁছয়। আমরা নিজেরা সেই তথ্য দেখতে পাই না।
05 Cookies, and what this site stores কুকি, এবং এই সাইট কী রাখে
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nobody is counting your visit or following you to other websites. এই সাইট কোনও কুকি বসায় না এবং কোনও অ্যানালিটিক্স চালায় না। কেউ আপনার আসা গুনছে না, বা অন্য ওয়েবসাইটে আপনাকে অনুসরণ করছে না।
One thing is remembered in your own browser: whether you chose English or Bengali, so the page opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and we never see it. Clearing your browser data removes it. আপনার নিজের ব্রাউজারে একটিই জিনিস মনে রাখা হয়: আপনি ইংরেজি বেছেছেন না বাংলা, যাতে পরের বার একই ভাষায় পাতাটি খোলে। সেটি আপনার যন্ত্রেই থাকে, আমরা কখনও দেখি না। ব্রাউজারের তথ্য মুছলে সেটিও মুছে যায়।
06 How long we keep it কতদিন রাখি
We keep an enquiry until the end of the session you asked about, and for one year after that in case you come back to us. Then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, and we will confirm when it is done. আপনি যে শিক্ষাবর্ষ সম্পর্কে জানতে চেয়েছেন, সেটি শেষ হওয়া পর্যন্ত এবং তার পরে আরও এক বছর আমরা তথ্যটি রাখি, যদি আপনি আবার যোগাযোগ করেন। তারপর মুছে ফেলি। আপনি আগে মুছতে বললে আমরা মুছে দেব, এবং মুছে দেওয়ার পর জানিয়ে দেব।
07 Children শিশুদের তথ্য
The form is filled in by a parent or guardian, not by a child, and the only thing we learn about the child is the name you call them at home. We do not track children, we do not show them advertising, and we do not use a child's details for anything except answering you. ফর্মটি পূরণ করেন অভিভাবক, শিশু নয়। শিশুটির সম্পর্কে আমরা কেবল সেই নামটুকুই জানি যে নামে আপনি বাড়িতে ডাকেন। আমরা শিশুদের অনুসরণ করি না, তাদের বিজ্ঞাপন দেখাই না, এবং আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া ছাড়া অন্য কোনও কাজে শিশুর তথ্য ব্যবহার করি না।
08 What you can ask us to do আপনি আমাদের কী বলতে পারেন
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may: ডিজিটাল পার্সোনাল ডেটা প্রোটেকশন অ্যাক্ট, ২০২৩ অনুযায়ী আপনি পারেন:
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy of it আমাদের কাছে আপনার কী তথ্য আছে জানতে চাইতে, এবং তার প্রতিলিপি নিতে
- Have anything wrong corrected, or anything incomplete completed ভুল থাকলে শুধরে নিতে, অসম্পূর্ণ থাকলে পূরণ করাতে

- Withdraw your consent at any time — it is as easy to take back as it was to give যে কোনও সময় সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার করতে — দেওয়া যত সহজ ছিল, ফিরিয়ে নেওয়াও ততই সহজ
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you আপনার হয়ে এই অধিকারগুলি প্রয়োগ করার জন্য কাউকে মনোনীত করতে
Ask us by phone, WhatsApp or email and we will do it. We will not ask you why. ফোন, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ইমেলে বলুন, আমরা করে দেব। কেন, তা জিজ্ঞেস করব না।
09 If we get it wrong আমাদের ভুল হলে
Tell us first, on the number or email below. If we have not sorted it out to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. প্রথমে আমাদের জানান, নিচের নম্বরে বা ইমেলে। আমরা যদি আপনার সন্তুষ্টি অনুযায়ী বিষয়টির সমাধান না করি, তবে আপনি ভারতের ডেটা প্রোটেকশন বোর্ডে অভিযোগ জানাতে পারেন।
10 Changes to this page এই পাতার পরিবর্তন
If what we do with your details changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. We will not quietly start doing something new with information you gave us for something else. আপনার তথ্য নিয়ে আমরা যা করি তা বদলালে এই পাতাও বদলাবে, উপরের তারিখটিও বদলাবে। আপনি এক কারণে যে তথ্য দিয়েছেন, তা দিয়ে আমরা চুপচাপ নতুন কিছু শুরু করব না।
